Tickets –

Please bring a print out of your electronic ticket which will be exchanged for a wristband at the registration desk on the day.

Tickets can be purchased on the day at the gate, in advance from Ramsbury Week HQ in The Square or online at RamsburyWeek.co.uk (discounts available for a limited period).

 

Ramsbury Flyer Shuttle Bus –

There will be a regular Shuttle Bus service (Ramsbury Flyer) from The Square to Hilldrop Farm all day for The Country Fair as well as for The May Ball.

 

Parking & facilities –

Parking is available on site.  There will be toilets but disabled facilities will be limited. The Ramsbury Country Fair is an outdoor event, held at a working farm and the terrain is uneven. Please take appropriate precautions if you have difficulty in getting around.

 

Where to stay in Ramsbury –

Accommodation in Ramsbury is available at the two village pubs and local B&Bs in the village. Further accommodation can be found in Aldbourne, Hungerford and Marlborough. More information on places to stay can be found HERE.

 

Are dogs allowed?

As Hilldrop is a working farm and shooting estate, dogs will not be not allowed.

 

Can I bring my shotgun to the Ramsbury Country Fair?

 If you have a shotgun licence and are the registered keeper of the shotgun, then you can bring your shotgun with you for the Clay Shooting. Please adhere to the terms and conditions and advice on your licence.

Can I have a Trade stand?

 Our Sponsors and supporters are permitted a trade stand as well as local charities. If you’d like to be involved, please contact tim@ramsburyweek.co.uk.

How do I find Hilldrop Farm?

 At the Ramsbury Recreation Centre, turn up Hilldrop Lane, drive past The Ramsbury Scout Hut (500 metres) and Bolstridge Farm. Hilldrop Farm is on the right hand side of the road – you will see car parking in the front field. Maps and Directions HERE.
